J2 Therapy & Wellness prides ourselves on providing highly skilled hand therapy.  Our hand therapist has over 10 years of experience treating complex hand trauma and orthopedic injuries of the upper extremity.  She is highly skilled in treating overhead sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, and injuries specific to the performing arts. She specializes in custom splinting/orthotics of the upper extremity and works closely with hand surgeons in the area. Our hand therapist enjoys the complexity of the upper extremity and uses a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to help our patients achieve a functional level of desired independence.  At J2 Therapy & Wellness, each therapist uniquely provides an hour of individual care and personalized treatment for each patient visit.  Close communication with surgeons is a top priority and allows for directing treatment to fit each surgeon’s preferred protocol and style of patient care.
