COVID-19 POLICY & PROCEDURES 

At J2 Therapy and Wellness we are committed to the safety and wellness of our clients and staff members.   We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution and following all VA State and CDC guidelines for prevention of the spread of Covid-19.  Our efforts to maintain a safe and clean environment include but are not limited to the following:

  • Pre-screening of all patients for Covid-19 exposure and symptoms

  • Limiting the number of persons in the clinic to 10 or less by staggering patient appointment times and therapists schedules

  • Requiring the use of a face mask/covering for all persons while in the clinic (patients and therapists included)

  • Maintaining social distance guidelines of 6 feet or greater between patients while in the clinic

    • If you arrive greater than 10 minutes early, you are asked to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time to reduce gathering in the waiting area​

    • It is not possible to maintain 6 feet apart during treatment between therapist and patient which is why mask wearing is critical

  • The use of industrial cleaners for all surfaces in the clinic to include chairs, treatment tables, towels, all equipment and high touch items such as pens and clip boards​

  • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing before and after each patient contact

  • Telehealth visits are offered for those whose who are unable or uncomfortable with on site visits
